These answers use the same project terms shown in the manufacturing and customisation pages. A quote still depends on the actual garment, materials, quantity and approvals.

What is the minimum order?
MOQ50 is subject to fabric, style and colour confirmation.
Can I start with references instead of a technical pack?
Yes. References can begin the conversation, but a production decision requires enough information about silhouette, measurements, fabric, trims, finishing, quantity and branding. The open points can be clarified before sampling.
How are samples and revisions discussed?
Sampling scope, sample fees, revisions and timing are quoted per project after the brief and technical requirements are reviewed.
When can bulk production start?
Bulk production starts only after the agreed specification and any required pre-production sample are approved in writing.
Is a delivery date guaranteed from the first enquiry?
Production timing is quoted for each project after fabric, quantity, approvals and other requirements are confirmed. No day count is guaranteed in advance.
Can labels, packaging and colour details be customised?
These points can be discussed as part of the project specification. Labels, hangtags and packaging are confirmed per project against approved artwork and garment details; availability is subject to those confirmations.
Can I send reference images or technical files?
The site's image inquiry accepts up to three JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, with a maximum of 2 MiB per file and 4 MiB in total. Reference files stay private with the inquiry.
How are inquiry details and files handled?
Submitted contact details, project information and optional reference files are used to review, clarify and respond to your inquiry. Reference files are stored privately on Hostinger with the inquiry and are not published. A notification email is sent to OTO's configured email address. To ask for access or deletion, email the address shown on the site.
