Information you share
An inquiry can include your name, email address, company or brand, optional WhatsApp number, project brief, selected styles or filter choices and optional reference files. We also receive standard technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
Selected styles and filter choices are kept in your browser's temporary session storage so they remain available while you move through the site. Necessary cookies may be used to maintain site and form security.
How we use it
We use your contact details and project information to review and respond to your inquiry, clarify garment requirements and prepare a quote or the next stage of the project. A notification email is sent to the OTO email address shown on this site.
Reference files stay private with the inquiry and are not published in the collection.
Private storage
Inquiry details and reference files are stored privately on our Hostinger hosting service. Access is limited to OTO staff who need the information to respond to the inquiry.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry records in private storage for project review and follow-up. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
To ask us to access or delete a specific inquiry, email OTO at the address below. Include the inquiry reference if one was shown and enough information to identify the record.
